The Commit to Break the Stigma Educator's Toolkit aims to instruct teachers about signs of mental health issues, and how student mental health can be promoted, with multiple posters and flyers that can be distributed throughout the school.
Our team has curated mental health resource lists for students in multiple cities. We are actively working to reach more and more parts of the globe.
Commit to Break the Stigma's mission is to make mental health resources readily accessible to students all over the globe. Our free, comprehensive workshop toolkit allows anyone to create an impact in their own communities.
In July of 2022, Commit to Break the Stigma conducted a workshop with 200 students at Grace Public School in Bengaluru, India, and distributed our educational toolkit and resource list.
In July of 2024, Commit to Break the Stigma conducted another workshop with 150+ students at Grace Public School in Bengaluru, India, and gave a talk about mental health stability in school.
In July 0f 2024, Commit to Break The Stigma conducted a workshop with 250+ students at the Jain Vidyalaya school in Tamil Nadu, India. We discussed the importance of mental health and delved into resources that can help them during the school week.
In September of 2024, our President, Samyukth Ayyar delivered the invocation address at the North Texas Reception of Children At Risk.
In Dec of 2024, Commit to Break The Stigma conducted a workshop for BSA Troop 1218, one of the first scout troops to be led by girls in North Texas, distributing mental health resources to over 75 scouts.
In June of 2025, we hosted a mental health awareness workshop in collaboration with Lion's Heart, Prosper Chapter, and distributed resources.
